QSS Grievance Policy
The QSS Grievance Procedure provides swimmers, parents, coaches, club leaders and employees a system to address and report grievances in a productive, systematic way. Following these Procedures provides the appropriate parties a means to properly investigate, intervene, and take disciplinary action when needed.

In an athlete-to-athlete issue, the QSS Safe Sport Cooridnator will reach out to the claimant and respondent's family to guide on process and be transparent about issue.
Certain situations also requiring mandatory reporting via CA state law. Coaches are mandated reporters and will report to either Santa Clara County Police Department or CPS.
