2024 Fall Practice Schedule

• All new athletes start on Tuesday 9/3!

• August 19- August 30 ADJUSTED Pinehurst site (and Presentation Tu/Th) schedule: 
  • Silver 1 / Silver 2 - MWF 6:15- 7:30pm @ Presentation, Tu/Th 4:00- 5:15pm @ Gunderson - Dryland Immersion and Goal Setting
  • Bronze 1 / Bronze 2 - ​MWF 6:30- 7:30pm @ Presentation, Tu/Th 5:00- 6:15pm @ Gunderson - Dryland Immersion and Goal Setting
  • Bronze 3 - MWF 6:15- 7:30pm @ Presentation, Tu/Th 4:00- 5:15pm @ Gunderson - Dryland Immersion and Goal Setting
  • Gold 1-2 - MWF 6:15- 7:30pm @ Presentation, Tu/Th 6:00- 7:15pm @ Gunderson

• An * designates that the practice is a hybrid of multiple group levels.
• Practice schedules do not include dryland schedules yet. 
• Presentation only practices M/W/F.  Groups will be at Pinehurst site Tu/Th. 
• Pinehurst schedule begins after Labor Day; adjusted August thru Labor Day schedule coming soon.
• SCVCC site is private club members only.

If athletes would like to transfer sites from their assigned site, then you’ll need to complete a Practice Change Request form.
